The following patch utility corrects the EXIF geo-location meta data on saved images taken using the built-in camera on the Mesa Rugged NotePad. Click on the following file link to download (do not extract), copy to the Mesa, then view and tap on the file in File Explorer on the Mesa to install.
These patch utilities have been integrated in Mesa OS release 1.1.5. Otherwise, click on the files in the table below to download each patch utility. Copy to and then run each CAB file from within File Explorer on the Mesa to install.

New Feature / Spec. Change
- Photo No. and Pin Info. are merged into one button. The combination of the color of Pin and Emoji is changed to be simple.
- When Photo Date, Location and / or Title (objectName) are edited, MesaExif automatically updates the pins with the duplication check.
- When a new photo is assigned, Pin info. in toolbar is updated as well.
- Base Location is available in Emoji View.
- When Emoji is changed in Emoji View, the result will be reflected on the word of the toolbar and Pin info.
- Latitude / Longitude (0, 0) is regarded as “not effective”.
- The customization of Toolbar is enabled.
- Base Location Feature is added to MesaExif User’s Guide.

- Photos (.ping file) disappeared in the Tile page under a condition of “Sort: Yes”. This bug is fixed.
- When the photo’s date / title / description were not effective, they were not editable in the Tile page. This bug is fixed.
- “Undo” did not work after initializing the meta data dictionary. This bug is fixed.
- MesaExif terminated when a photo were not found in the Tile page. This bug is fixed.
- Base Location were not set appropriately. This bug is fixed.
- Emoji was not reset to the default one by the double click operation. This bug is fixed.
